Where to find it
Studio Sound is available in the Enhance Audio step after you upload or record audio. Its availability depends on your plan and remaining usage.
Compare your audio
- Turn on Studio Sound when it is available.
- Wait for the enhancement preview to finish.
- Play No Enhancements and Enhanced to compare the same recording.
- Listen on headphones for background noise, voice clarity and the balance between speakers.
Choose based on what you hear. A quiet recording and a noisy interview can respond differently to processing.
If enhancement is unavailable
Check your subscription and remaining usage in your account. If an error appears, note its exact wording before trying again.
If processing continues to fail, contact support with the file format, approximate duration and a description of what happened.
Get the best starting point
Record close to your microphone, avoid clipping, and reduce room noise where possible. Enhancement can help a recording, but starting with clear audio makes editing easier.
