Open Account from the app's sidebar. Review your current subscription and usage before starting a recording that may exceed your available time.
Feature access can depend on your subscription. If an action asks you to upgrade, read the allowance and price shown before choosing a plan.
Questions about a charge or subscription
Contact support from the account associated with the subscription. Include the relevant invoice date, the amount and a short description of the issue.
Do not include a full payment card number, password or security code in a support request.
