01 — PLAN
Prepare the recording before opening the phone
Check usage rights, read the script aloud, and mark breaths, pauses, and difficult phrases.
Use a short outline instead of relying on memory, and decide how the finished audio will be shared.
02 — SETUP
Make the phone and room work together
Choose the quietest soft-furnished space available. Put the phone on Do Not Disturb or airplane mode, keep it stable, and place the microphone consistently rather than holding it in your hand.
For a meditation script, prioritize a polished spoken version of a script you have the right to use.
03 — TEST
Record and listen to a short test
Capture 15–30 seconds at the loudest and quietest expected delivery. Listen on headphones for echo, clipping, handling noise, and distracting appliances.
04 — RECORD
Capture manageable sections
Record one section at a time and leave a clean pause after mistakes before repeating the sentence. Keep the phone position unchanged between takes.
05 — EDIT
Transfer, edit, and review the complete recording
Move the file into Hilite, use the transcript to find retakes and mistakes, and preserve intentional pauses. Review the complete audio before exporting.
Record a meditation script with fewer technical barriers.
Capture, edit, enhance, and prepare spoken audio in Hilite.
